Now you are going to write about how you and your family used to celebrate a special occasion when you were younger. Title it "Mi día de fiesta favorito."
You are going to write a draft on paper without using your Chromebooks. When you finish, you must show me so that I can check it.
First, choose a special occasion you want to write about. You can choose your birthday, a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc), or another special occasion (ex. a family reunion). Use these questions to help you brainstorm:

Reminder: You may not use your Chromebooks for your first draft, but you can use your notes, your vocabulary lists, and the dictionaries.
I must check your first draft before you're allowed to type it.
We'll have some class time to work on this tomorrow (about 20 minutes).

- Then, you will type it in Google Drive and turn it in to Google Classroom. You must also add it to Weebly on the Unit 6 page. Don't forget the title.

- Who did you used to visit?
- What did you used to eat?
- What time did you eat/open presents/etc?

- Write 6-8 sentences.
- Describe how you celebrated something over a period of time when you were younger.
- Use at least 4 different verbs in the imperfect.
- Use at least 3 imperfect trigger words.
