II. Gustar
Today we will continue to review the verb gustar. You will write 10 sentences in Google Drive describing what you like to do during the week.
- Using the verb gustar, you will write at least 10 sentences describing what you like or don't like.
- Make sure you pay attention to spelling and verb conjugations.
- Use all of these connecting words: también, y, a veces, siempre, and nunca.
Remember:
- "Gustar" conjugates based on what you like, not who likes something.
- Use gusta if the thing liked is singular or a verb
- Use gustan if the thing liked is plural.
- Use the indirect object pronouns to say who likes something: me, te, le, nos, os , les. These go before the verb.
- To say you don't like something, put no before the pronoun.

If you have finished with your present tense kit, practice conjugating present tense verbs on Conjuguemos.com
- Go to Conjuguemos
- Click the orange "Student Log In" button and log in with your first and last name (ex. johnsmith) and NC Wise number
- Click "Spanish Verbs" on the left side of the screen
- Choose "PRESENT TENSE: regular verbs" from the list
- Check the box that says "Don't time me"
- Click Start
- Do at least 50 conjugations with at least 90% or better
- Click Stop when you finish
- Click "Record/send results" (this is the only way I'll see your score)
