Use the dictionary to look up words that start with each letter of the alphabet.
On computer paper, draw each letter and a picture of your word.

With a partner, read the following scenarios.
Then, create and practice a short dialogue for each scenario.
I will give you a scenario to act out.
Think about whether you should be formal or informal.
- You meet a new student. Ask their name and where they are from. You will see them later.
- You are meeting your teacher. Ask "What's your name?" and "How are you?" You will see them tomorrow.
- You meet a new friend. Ask "What's your name?" and "How are you?" Say goodbye in some way.
You will each receive a half sheet of paper.
We will go over the questions at the top and the school supplies listed.
You will talk to 5 different people and ask them one of the two questions about each of the supplies.
Answer following the models above.
On your paper, write down your partners' names and "sí" or "no" in the appropriate boxes.
We will review some of the essential phrases.
